Returns & Exchanges

At Popping Candy, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece doesn't quite hit the sweet spot, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are still in place.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
